Life sentence for Kiyan's killer

I think it is an absolute disgrace that Kiyan's killer will ONLY serve a minimum term of 13 years. I think life should mean life.  This compares to a 12 year minimum sentance for Shaun Brown, who left his victim, Garvey Thomas, paralysed from the neck down. Whilist I think Shaun Brown should be severly punished for his crime 13 years is not enough for a murder. There was a report that our prisons are full of geriatric lifers, well I think more murders should be locked up and the key thrown away. They should be denied access to TV, use comunial showers and have 1 hour's exercise a day.
